MARSHFIELD, Mass. – Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) Commissioner Katie Boldvich is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephanie Scarpato to the position of Assistant Commissioner effective immediately.
"Stephanie is a perfect fit for the ECFC and her unique background serving single sport conferences will add great value to the league immediately," said Boldvich. "I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie while at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and I am excited for the opportunity to work with her again."
Scarpato's primary responsibilities will include coordinating the ECFC Weekly Releases and Player of the Week selections along with organizing postseason awards recognition for the conference.
"I am truly grateful and excited to serve as Assistant Commissioner for the ECFC," said Scarpato. "I'd like to thank the Directors for this opportunity and I look forward to working with Katie in highlighting the accomplishments of the ECFC and its student athletes."
Scarpato is entering her second year as a Graduate Assistant at Endicott College where she oversees equipment services in the Raymond J. Borque Ice Arena while also pursuing her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in marketing.
Prior to Endicott Scarpato spent three years at the ECAC working with the organization's leagues and affiliates, including the five single sport ice hockey leagues. Scarpato is a graduate of Colby College ('11) where she competed on the Mules' women's ice hockey team while serving as Assistant Captain and Captain her junior and senior seasons respectively.
